The AVer CAM550 is a powerful dual-lens PTZ conferencing camera designed for professional video collaboration. Equipped with a Sony 4K EXMOR image sensor, it guarantees exceptional video quality even in challenging lighting conditions. The primary PTZ lens offers up to 4K resolution at 30fps, with various resolution and frame rate options to cater to different streaming requirements. The camera’s 24X zoom (12X optical, 2X digital) and wide 85° diagonal field of view make it perfect for both detailed close-ups and wide-angle shots. The secondary AI lens provides dynamic auto-framing, detecting all participants and automatically adjusting the frame to ensure optimal video coverage.

Supporting simultaneous 3-way video output via USB, HDMI, and IP, the CAM550 offers versatile connectivity options. It also features gesture control for intuitive camera operation, an HDMI Picture-in-Picture (PIP) function, and audio tracking with AVer’s FONE700 or third-party ceiling microphones, such as those from Shure and Sennheiser. The camera is powered via PoE+, allowing for flexible power and network connectivity. Remote management is easy through WebUI or AVer's PTZApp 2, while its security features include a Kensington lock and various mounting options for secure installations.
