The built-in modem is compatible with all ADSL and VDSL connections and the built-in phone ports allow you to make VoIP phone calls. This device is a highly integrated router with everything your home or small business needs for high-speed Internet access.

The shift to VDSL enables high speed Internet over short copper lines. This allows use with Fibre to the Distribution Point (FTTDP) deployments for super-fast connections. The DVA-2800 is also equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet WAN port so you can still enjoy a high-speed connection using your service provider's modem. Also, if your primary connection method should fail, the DVA-2800 will automatically fall back to your pre-defined backup connection.
